We offer an ambitious curriculum which gives students opportunities to explore not only their own place in a rural community but also their role in the wider world, developing their awareness of, and empathy with, other cultures and experiences through the power of the written word. Through the curriculum we promote aspirational standards of language and literacy to equip students with the tools to express themselves fluently and confidently. Students will develop a love of the English language and we continually foster a widespread enjoyment of reading.
